The Baines Family are people with an attitude of excellence, who have had the opportunity to perfect our craft for over 35 years. We love life, people and have been so privileged to serve our communities in a variety of different Special Events. We are thankful to be a consistent featured vendor at several Festivals, Fairs, Fund Raisers, Air Shows, Concerts, and Grand Openings.

The Service

Throughout our over 35 years of experience we have learned a thing or two about Great Food and Excellent Service! Over our many years, we have developed a versatile menu able to satisfy most any event.

We are best known for our Grilled Angus burgers on locally sourced fresh baked buns, or our variety of cajun favorites like Boudin, Cajun Sausage, Gumbo, or Red Beans & Rice.
